Change Management


The only thing consistent in life is that change is inevitable. I believe it’s important to welcome change and to be a part of it, only then can change be successful. I’ve been with Bond Brand Loyalty for very close to 10 years and even in my experience before that have worked through various corporate changes in all shapes and sizes. Change can be necessary, how change is managed is critical. I’ve learned the importance of communication at key moments, and the importance in which channel that communication is delivered through. The broader the audience the more likely multiple channels should be used. Even change that’s communicated and managed as well as possible will have fallout or gaps. The key is having a documented plan, and a backup for that plan preparing for what could happen.  Change helps keep us relevant.
